Job Title: Office Support Admin
Location: Chatsworth, Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $20- 25 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Office Support Administrator to join Chatsworth. This role requires flexibility, multitasking, and cross-department support. Ideal candidate will excel in data entry, office support, and collaboration across multiple departments, helping ensure smooth operations while balancing shifting priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a floater, providing cross-departmental support and adapting to shifting priorities; act as backup for data entry, will-call processing, reception, and other departmental needs.
- Accurately enter and update paper and electronic data in databases, verifying against source documents.
- Create and manage large spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy.
- Organize, prepare, and maintain documents, including calibration certificates, to meet deadlines.
- Retrieve data from databases/files as requested and perform regular backups to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with QA, Shipping/ Receiving, and Billing ensuring smooth workflows and accurate processing.
- Process, track, and manage incoming shipments and will-call items.
- Prepare reports on activities, progress, and challenges for management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations.
Requirements and Skills:
- 3+ years of continuous administrative experience, (customer service, data entry, or reception).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
