Desktop Support Consultant

This is a contract position starting on January 5th 2026. You will be participating in a large hardware rollout. 

Desktop Support Specialist – This specialist will be responsible for visiting staff members and conducting one-on-one interactions. Their duties will include providing detailed information about the computer refresh, gathering information from users, and addressing any questions or concerns about the deployment.

Candidates for the IS Support Specialist role must possess excellent communication and customer service skills and be extremely organized. Additionally, they should have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and have experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
