Responsibilities:

• Conduct outside sales and promote our products and services to potential customers
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Collect customer information and accurately input it into our CRM system
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and concerns to the marketing team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in door-to-door sales or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
