Accounting Specialist

Overview:
PeterPaul Electronics is seeking an experienced General Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and strategic financial support. This role is key to ensuring accurate financial records, compliance, and effective business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and collections
• Maintain general ledger, financial records, and monthly reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and assist with audits
• Partner with CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Support cost analysis and budget compliance with department leaders
• Lead process improvements to enhance financial performance
• Provide guidance and leadership to the accounting team

Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting a plus
• 6+ years of accounting experience, manufacturing preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• High ethical standards and attention to detail
