About Us

We’re a fast-growing Tampa personal injury law firm known for integrity, results, and community involvement. We need a hands-on marketing pro who can help us show up consistently online, at events, and everywhere potential clients find us.

What You’ll Do

Community & Events

• Representing the firm at local events
• Make sure branding and materials look sharp
• Handle follow-ups and event recaps
• Suggesting new swag + promo ideas

Social Media

• Run the content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
• Capture photos/videos or coordinate with freelancers
• Create graphics in Canva
• Write posts, respond to comments/DMs
• Track engagement and improving performance

Reputation & Client Comms

• Monitor and respond to online reviews
• Support client emails, texts, surveys, and update messages
• Work with intake/legal teams on client messaging

Digital Marketing

• Coordinate campaigns with consultants and agencies
• Assist with email/SMS marketing
• Use analytics to refine messaging
• Keep Google Business Profile updated

Operations

• Organize all marketing assets
• Track ongoing projects and deadlines
• Communication between internal teams and outside partners
• Help interpret marketing KPIs
• Ensure everything follows brand and bar compliance

What You Bring

• 2+ years of marketing/communications experience
• Social media and event experience
• Canva + basic photo/video skills
• Strong writer with a clean, human tone
• Highly organized and reliable
• Comfortable with analytics
• Proactive, confident, and able to execute without handholding
