Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients
• Manage preventive care, chronic disease, and acute issues
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. with Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered primary care
