\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience\n
• Active RN license in West Virginia or Compact State (pending license considered)\n
• Prior travel nursing experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)\n
• Required certifications (American Heart Association):\n

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)\n
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)\n
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)\n
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)\n

• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed\n
• Provide at least 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years\n
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions considered with documentation)\n
• Permanent address must be at least 100 miles from Elkins, WV (exceptions for 75-100 miles possible)\n

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting\n
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and emergent medical conditions\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
• Accurately document patient care using AllScripts/McKesson\n
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment per hospital policies\n
• Complete required orientation and all assigned training modules prior to start\n
