If you hold an active real estate license, our proven training program will enhance your lead generation skills. Many of our agents close 2-3 escrows monthly within their first 90 days, thanks to our premium leads and comprehensive training.

Our onboarding and training are unparalleled. Your first five days with us will be an intensive learning experience. You'll acquire a robust skill set—from mastering lead conversion strategies to conducting impactful buyer and seller consultations and managing contracts. Our goal is to get you showing properties and closing deals swiftly.

• Expertise in drafting purchase and listing agreements
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive property evaluations to determine accurate values
• A commitment to being available and responsive to clients’ needs
• Attention to detail in maintaining all systems and CRM tools updated with information from Zillow Flex
