Maintenance Dispatcher

Description:

DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Dispatcher who is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance work order assignments through our work order system. This role ensures all Maintenance Technicians are assigned tasks, that work orders are being actively completed, and reports are submitted at the end of each day summarizing team activity and completion status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the AppWork platform daily to view all active and incoming maintenance work orders.
• Assign work orders to Maintenance Technicians based on priority, technician availability, and location.
• Ensure all technicians have a full schedule of assigned tasks for the day.
• Track progress and follow up on outstanding or overdue work orders.
• Communicate with Maintenance Technicians and property teams to confirm status and completion of work.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the Maintenance Manager or appropriate team.
• Compile and submit a daily report at the end of each shift summarizing:
• Number of work orders assigned and completed
• Any open or delayed tasks
• Technician performance or issues
• Maintain accurate records in the AppWork system to ensure data integrity and visibility.
