Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, DOT Physical and drug screen
• Must be able to lift and maneuver 75+ lbs up and down stairs, doorways, and around other obstacles.
• No Theft Charges or Felony Offense within the past 7 years
• Must be 21 Years Old
• Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
• Must have smartphone and understand how to use them
• Be committed to providing superior customer service. A team player who is committed to getting the job done even if it means putting in longer hours.
  

Responsibilities

• Safely operate moving trucks, ensuring all items are securely transported from point A to B.
• Lead and motivate your team throughout the moving process, setting the pace and the standard for hard work and professionalism.
• Conduct detailed inventory checks and ensure all items are accounted for before and after the move.
• Execute efficient packing strategies to maximize safety and space utilization within the moving truck.
• Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Handle and resolve any on-the-spot challenges or customer concerns with compassion and professionalism.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections before each job to ensure operational safety and reliability.
• Facilitate communication between the moving team and customers, providing updates and reassurances throughout the moving process.
• Train and mentor new team members, imparting the "hardest worker in the room" ethos and operational best practices.
