Job Summary

We are looking for a Substitute Teacher to join our team on an as-needed basis. This position is not full-time and offers a flexible schedule based on the centers staffing needs. Youll step into classrooms to support our teachers when they are out, ensuring continuity of care and learning for our children.

Responsibilities

• Step into classrooms across all age groups (Infants, Toddlers, Preschool) as needed.
• Follow lesson plans and daily routines provided by lead teachers or center management.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children.
• Supervise and care for children, ensuring their well-being at all times.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with staff and families.
• Support classroom transitions, activities, meals, and cleanup as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma (required) Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience working in a childcare or educational setting is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
