As a Fleet Operator, you are more than a driver; you are a vital link in our chain of care. Your re- sponsibilities extend beyond transportation to ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering Care on the Go
Client Interaction: Excellent communication skills to ensure clients are clearly understood and comfortable.
Empathy and Support: Show compassion and assist clients with their needs, like carrying bags and adjusting the vehicle's climate.
Adaptive and Detail-Oriented: Flexibly manage trip manifests, pay attention to route details, and meticulously handle paperwork.
Safety First: Prioritize client safety, including proper use of restraints, and adhere to all health and safety protocols.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections and maintain cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for the Fleet Operator role will possess:
Age and Licensing: Minimum of 21 years old with a valid Virginia Driver’s License and a clean driving history.
Background and Health: Clear criminal background and negative drug screening results, along with the physical ability to assist wheelchair-bound clients.
Professionalism and Integrity: A commitment to maintaining professional behavior, respecting cli- ent confidentiality, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
