About the Role

Master-level position for expert technicians. Take the lead on the most complex repairs, set shop standards, and mentor technicians at all levels. Big Rig Fixer has proudly served the greater DuPage area for over ten years, and this role is key to continuing that reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Solve the most challenging diagnostic problems
• Train and mentor apprentice, junior, and mid-level technicians
• Develop shop procedures and best practices
• Lead complex repair projects and rebuilds
• Handle escalated customer technical issues
• Supervise shop operations and quality control

Requirements:

• 7+ years of diesel engine repair experience
• ASE Master Technician certification required
• Proven leadership and training abilities
• Expert-level diagnostic and repair skills
• Complete professional tool collection
