DUTIES:
Provide engineering services on assigned SRR Engineering Teams. Engineeringsupport services include engineering analysis, walkdowns, design developmentand generation of design output documents including but not limited to: SingleLine Drawings; Electrical Equipment Lists; Control System Design; ElectricalEquipment Specifications; Bulk Material Specifications;Circuit/Raceway/Wiring/Connection Design; Grounding; Heat Tracing; FireDetection.
Individual at times will be required to travel off Site to interface with vendors,fabricators and other Engineering organizations.
Engineering services will be provided using SRR processes and procedures.Programmatic guidance will be provided by SRR.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or current registration as a ProfessionalEngineer in Electrical Engineering.
Experience/Skills:
Candidate must demonstrate five (5) years design experience in the nuclear orprocess chemical industry. Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of NEC coderequirements. Candidate demonstrating experience in 2D Microstation ComputerAided Drafting and Design (CADD) will be preferred. Candidate must have theability to walkdown systems in the field.
Work Hours:
A 40 hour work week is scheduled. SRS utilizes various work schedules;including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four daysper week), and a 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B).Work week excludes SRR holidays. Each work day has a 30-minute lunch.
Area Security Access:
A security clearance is not required.
