• Greet guests within 1 minute, providing a warm welcome. 
• Coordinate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff for efficient task completion. 
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using proper procedures. 
• Ensure precise preparation and delivery of all items. 
• Quickly and accurately process guest orders to the kitchen and bar. 
• Monitor customers to ensure satisfaction. 
• Serve food and beverages following specified procedures. 
• Handle the total bill, deliver checks, and accept payment. 
• Assist server assistants and host/hostesses. 
• Complete assigned side work and closing duties. 
• Take ownership of and resolve issues promptly. 
• Leave the establishment crumb-free and food-free at closing. 

Required SkillsServer Qualifications  

• Minimum of one year of serving or general hospitality experience 
• Must have customer service experience in any industry 
• Must be able to perform simple math calculations 
• Must be able to move quickly and stand for up to six hours at a time 
• Must be able to lift weight of up to 25 pounds
