Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Limited Cases, Great Salary, Flexible Schedule & Work Life Balance!

We're immediately interviewing for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA) focuses on advanced wound care for chronic wounds of mixed or single etiology with a well established, innovative, highly regarded Home Health agency in the Greenville area. In this role you will be delivering mobile on-site primary care services to our vulnerable patient population residing in assisted living and other senior communities. This role demands autonomous management of complex healthcare scenarios, including multiple co-morbid conditions. Requirements & Preferred Experience:

· Valid license as Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant in the State of South Carolina.

· Ability and Desire to work independently and to travel between local communities.

· May require a CPR Certification & Proof of Negative TB test.

· Ability to pass a criminal background check
