Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including Ortho, ENT, Urology .This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Perform procedures such as dermabrasion and IV infusion as needed.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems like Cerner to document patient information accurately.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Participate in public health initiatives to promote community wellness.
• Manage patient follow-ups and coordinate care for patients in hospice palliative settings.
• Adhere to ICD-9 coding guidelines for accurate billing and documentation.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of clinical practices in hospital and urgent care settings.
• Proficiency in performing dermatological procedures such as dermabrasion.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Cerner.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.
• Understanding of public health principles and their application in clinical practice.
• Compassionate approach towards patients, especially those requiring hospice palliative care.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
