Overview
A well-established Dermatology group is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their growing practice. The role offers flexibility for either one full-time provider covering multiple offices or two part-time providers split between Orange County and the South Bay region.
Candidates must have strong dermatology experience, the ability to practice autonomously, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Position DetailsOption 1: Full-Time PA/NP
- Competitive compensation: $130,000 base + 30% of collections (flexible depending on experience).
- Responsibilities include:
- General Medical Dermatology
- Surgical Dermatology
- Minor Cosmetic Dermatology (Botox, fillers, etc.)
- Full benefits package, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement options.
- Ideal candidate will reside in the Huntington Beach or Long Beach areas for easier commute between Orange County and Redondo Beach clinics.
Option 2: Two Part-Time PA/NPs
- One provider for Orange County region.
- One provider for South Bay region.
- Pro-rated salary based on part-time hours.
- Benefits not offered unless 30+ hours per week.
Requirements
- Minimum 1?2 years of Dermatology experience required (medical, surgical, and cosmetic).
- Current, unrestricted California PA-C or NP license.
- Proven ability to practice independently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and patient education skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-Time: Base salary + collections bonus, benefits, PTO.
- Part-Time: Pro-rated salary, benefits offered if 30+ hours/week.
- Compensation flexible depending on experience and performance.
