Position Overview:

CareerNation is hiring a Physician Assistant (PA) for an NP role for a CDPAP compliance screening project. The NP will complete histories and physicals (H&Ps) for caregivers enrolling in New York?s CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete medical histories and physicals in alignment with CDPAP regulatory requirements
  • Accurately document clinical findings and support compliance tracking
  • Collaborate with the on-site clinical team and administrative staff
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure a smooth, professional experience for all participants

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in New York State
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Availability to commit to the full project duration
  • Professional, punctual, and self-sufficient

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with CDPAP or occupational health screenings
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven clinical workflows
  • Comfortable working solo at a designated site
