Job Description : 

• LOCUM- General Surgery PA 

• We are looking for one full time provider to work 8 hours a day/ 5 days a week. NO OT is expected. Please seek preapproval for any OT with the medical director. 
• Potential for weekend call (12 or 24 hour). 

• OR experience required
• ACTIVE CA License and ACTIVE CA DEA required. 

• Must have general surgery experience. Any PAs must be certified (PA-C). 

• Please note that privileging timeline will not begin until the RFA and application are turned back in. Typical turn around for RFA is 48-72 hours. Application should be submitted within 5 days.
