We are looking for a skilled Urologist to join our dynamic team at a large physician-owned multi-specialty group in beautiful coastal Massachusetts. If you are passionate about providing top-notch care and want to work in a supportive environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:

• Cover one hospital with a Robot
• On-call duties: 2 nights per week and every other weekend
• Assistance with call provided by a Physician Assistant

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist
• Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills

Benefits:

• $550K base salary in year 1; $600K thereafter
• Partnership opportunity after 3 years
