Physician Assistant / Family Practice / New York / Locum Tenens / Physician Assistant (PA) ? Primary Care - Now Hiring

We're working with a mission-driven health center in Manhattan that is looking to add a Physician Assistant to their compassionate care team.
This role offers the chance to make a real impact by delivering comprehensive, primary care services to patients from birth through adulthood?with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and continuity of care. We're seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to work closely with the Medical Director and provide high-quality patient care while contributing to performance and quality initiatives. You will play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of conditions ? including chronic disorders and outpatient HIV care ? all while supporting the collaborative care model.

What You Will Be Doing:
Provide comprehensive medical services to patients.
Supervise and support Quality Improvement (QI) and Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives.
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions with compassion and expertise.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and ensure patient continuity.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements
Participate in ongoing education, peer reviews, and training to keep your skills sharp.
Rotate across network locations as needed ? flexibility is a plus!

What You Will Need:
1?2 years of experience in a Family Medicine, Primary Care, Ambulatory Care, or Community Health Care setting.
Master?s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Studies program.
Current New York State License to practice as a PA.
PA-C Certification.
DEA Certificate.
CPR/Basic Life Support and Infection Control Certifications.
A strong sense of teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
