Located just an hour west of Philadelphia, this clinic is looking for a Certified Nurse Practitioner to start ASAP and assist with their ongoing needs. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to geriatric patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop treatment plans
• Conduct physical exams and prescribe medications
• Maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum 5 years experience in long-term care
• Active PA license, DEA, BLS
