Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Middletown, CT

Position Summary

To provide high-quality and efficient patient care to Middlesex Hospital Urgent Care patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certification of satisfactory completion of an approved physician's assistant or advanced practice registered nurse program.
• Connecticut Licensure as a physician's assistant or APRN
• ACLS certification.
• Minimum of two years of urgent care/emergency medicine experience
