Practice Setting

• Inpatient focus within a subspecialty surgical group
• Engage in critical patient care with a supportive team
• Manage 5-10 ICU patients during morning rounds

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7a-5p
• Night call from 5p-7a; weekend call required
• Flexible assignments: choose blocks that fit your schedule

Cases and Procedures

• Proficiency required in first assisting endoscopic vein harvesting and CABG
• No responsibility for first call sign-ins

Requirements

• Cardiovascular Surgery PA
• Board Certification in Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery (CAQ) required
• Must hold or be eligible for Kentucky licensure
