Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Address inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards
• Maintain a strong knowledge base of our client products and services
  
• Provide clear explanations of client-specific processes and compliance standards to customers
• Follow up with clients and customers to ensure timely resolution of any questions or issues
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands
  
• Detailed job duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview

• Possess excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing multiple tasks
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a PLUS but not required, training will be provided
