Position: Insurance Account Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive agency growth through honest, needs-based sales conversations
• Educate and assist customers with insurance products tailored to their unique needs
• Manage policy applications, renewals, and adjustments with care and accuracy
• Provide timely, attentive responses to customer inquiries and maintain detailed records
• Contacting previous customers and previous prospects that haven't purchased yet

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
• State Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) or willingness to obtain licenses
• Spanish proficiency highly desirable
