  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering personalized guidance throughout the transaction process.
  • Conduct property searches and showings, providing expert advice based on market trends and client preferences.
  • Perform market analysis and develop competitive pricing strategies for sellers.
  • Negotiate contracts and offers, ensuring clients' interests are well-represented.
  • Coordinate transactions, managing paperwork, inspections, appraisals, and repairs.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and resources to achieve team goals.

Qualifications:


  • Strong relationship-building skills to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities.
