The Smoothie Bar "BuildBulkBurn Cafe LLC" inside LA Fitness Covington HWY in Decatur, GA is looking for Customer Service Reps to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 6088 Covington Hwy, Decatur GA 30035. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and make them feel at home.
• Answer any questions the customers may have.
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders.
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment.
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications

Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees and customers.

Basic mathematical skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to listen and communicate effectively.

• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments.
• Ability to problem solve quickly any concerns customers may have.
• Good communication skills with customers.
