Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce logistics company in the McDonough area, is looking to add an entry-level Logistics Analyst to their team. This company has a small, inviting, and warm "startup" culture.
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound transportation activities for clients. This role ensures flawless scheduling, communication, documentation, and carrier management while serving as the primary contact for internal teams, clients, and carrier partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and able to manage fast-moving logistics operations with urgency and accuracy.
The Entry Level Logistics Analyst is a vital, hands-on role focused on managing the daily operational flow for cross-dock and prep clients. You will report to the Director of Account Management. If you are a recent college graduate who is coachable, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic environment this may be a great position for you.
Key Responsibilities
This role focuses on meticulous execution and coordination with the warehouse team, with the following being the top duties:
- Booking Outbound Loads for all customers
- Booking Inbound Loads for Cross Dock Customers
- Uploading End of Day Manifest to Customer Portal/Pushing Manifest to Amazon
- Managing tasks that require attention outside of standard 9-to-5 hours, particularly for inventory processing and updates via Seller Central.
- Processing reroutes and uploading daily Proof of Delivery (PODs).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Our client prioritizes high aptitude and a strong work ethic over extensive prior logistics experience. Note, this is an entry level position.
- Education: Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree is ideal.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel is required; all other utilized systems can be taught. Must be computer savvy.
- Qualities: Coachable, Good Customer Service Skills, Curious, Takes Ownership, Adaptable, Logical, Reliable, and Hardworking. They are look for someone ready for long-term commitment.
Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000 per year plus benefits.
