Must have active state license
BC or BE required
Weekdays, Days
ACLS, BLS and PALS required
60 surgical cases per day
General, trauma, spinal, epidural, regional, neuro(head & spine)
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
