Anchor Co-Living is seeking an LVN Staff Nurse to support residents recovering after hospitalization in a calm, residential care setting.

Requirements

• Active CA LVN license
• CPR/BLS
• 2+ years patient care experience
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration, wound care, and vital monitoring
• Assist with ADLs
• Maintain timely documentation
• Promote a safe and healing environment
