• 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
• Telehealth practice available
• Clinical evaluations for non-urgent, non-acute issues
• Majority of patients have chronic sinusitis
• All patients referred by primary care physicians
• Adults and pediatric patients of all ages
• Ability to order imaging and labs and prescribe medications
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
