Join a dedicated team committed to supporting environmental field and drilling operations as a Warehouse Coordinator. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring that field crews have the equipment, tools, and materials they need—prepped, organized, and ready for deployment. The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key part in maintaining efficient operations by managing inventory, staging supplies, and upholding safety and quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, both indoors and outdoors, and to contribute directly to the success of field projects. Responsibilities
  • Prepare, stock, and stage drilling supplies and materials daily to ensure field crews are ready for deployment
  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for transportation to job sites
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked warehouse and yard
  • Wash, clean, inventory, and assist in maintaining equipment and tanks
  • Conduct routine equipment safety and maintenance checks
  • Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and safety supplies
  • Transport equipment and materials to local shops or job sites as needed
  • Assist with general manual labor tasks as required
  • Travel to Decatur and Midland as project needs arise
  • Follow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with quality assurance and control practices
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients when necessary
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of relevant warehouse or field operations experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
  • Available to work 40 hours per week
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Physically able to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to travel to job sites, including remote locations
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team
  • Preferred: Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • Preferred: Forklift certification
  • Preferred: Light mechanical skills
Work Environment
  • Work in warehouse, yard, and outdoor jobsite conditions
  • Year-round work in all weather conditions
  • Extended hours may be required based on project demands
