We at EMPRO Staffing are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nurses to join our partnered facilities, Schaffer Care Center and Bayberry Care Center, located in New Rochelle, NY.

Schaffer Care Center – Available Shift

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Every other weekend required (please apply only if you can commit)

Bayberry Care Center – Open Positions

We have several full-time and part-time opportunities available.
All applicants must have a fully completed profile prior to submission.

Open CNA Shifts:

  • Full-Time: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Part-Time: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Interview Availability (Bayberry Care Center)

  • Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $23

Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday

Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Monitor and document patients' vital signs, reporting any abnormalities to the nursing staff.
  • Assist patients with mobility, including transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families to provide emotional support.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve care practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine compassion for patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of patient care procedures and safety standards.
