Here, one closing per month is the baseline we build around, and our splits are more favorable than most Zillow-model teams.


What You’ll Do:


  1. Meet with clients, run appointments, and guide them through each step
  2. Write offers that win and negotiate with confidence
  3. Keep your pipeline organized so nothing slips
  4. Communicate clearly with clients, lenders, and co-op agents
  5. Follow a weekly rhythm that supports one closing per month

Requirements:

Compensation:


  1. Agents who meet the team standard of 1–2 closings per month typically earn $70,000 to $150,000+ per year on our model.
  2. Top agents who consistently stay on pace can earn up to ~$180,000+ per year, depending on price point and performance.
  3. Our splits are more favorable than what most Zillow partner teams offer, so you keep more of every closing you win.
