We collaborate with healthcare professionals nationwide to enhance patient well-being and adhere to rigorous USP standards to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance in every prescription.
We are a fast-growing organization entering an exciting phase of expansion. With increasing operational needs and evolving business goals, we are building our internal technology capabilities to support efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
***WHY THIS ROLE IS UNIQUE***
This is a brand-new position and our first in-house Full Stack Software Engineer. You will play a foundational role in building the systems that power the pharmacy — from internal tools to customer-facing applications. You will:
- Establish engineering standards and development best practices
- Build new applications and modernize existing systems
- Have full ownership of technical decisions

- Help guide the future of our tech stack and internal processes
This is a highly hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in low-structure, fast-moving, startup-style environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications for pharmacy operations, workflows, and e-commerce systems.

- Build intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and Optimizely CMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement SQL/NoSQL databases and ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability.
- Build automation and integrations to streamline internal processes.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the stack.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards for handling sensitive pharmacy data.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Proven success building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Experience working across the full stack: front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and operate in a low-structure environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience with CMS platforms, especially Optimizely.
- Strong back-end experience with Java/Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/Vue, Node.js).
