Facilities Dispatcher

This is a full-time on-site role located in Addison, TX as a Dispatcher for Academy Locksmith. You will be responsible for dispatching jobs to vendors across multiple trades and ensuring work is completed to standard for our customers. You will be part of a team that manages hundreds of jobs simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through. This job requires significant verbal communication with both clients and vendors, and applicants should be prepared to build quality relationships through their interactions. We are hiring 3 dispatchers due to business growth.

Experience:

· At least one year of facility maintenance, lock, door, safe, access control, security, or construction industry dispatching/project coordination experience.

· Experience with basic project management or costing principles.
