Director of Revenue Cycle Management

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Revenue Cycle Management who is ready to make a meaningful impact. Key Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Partner directly with Ownership to shape and execute operational strategy
  • Set, track, and own department KPIs (DSO, denials, clean claim rate, lag days, productivity, etc.)
  • Standardize workflows across clients, locations, and specialties
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives for both local and offshore teams
  • Modernize the revenue cycle through automation tools and AI adoption
  • Serve as the executive escalation point for client and internal RCM performance issues

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management or medical billing
  • Proven experience managing teams of 20+ (including offshore/outsourced teams)
  • Ability to work across multiple EMRs and billing platforms
  • Strong focus on KPIs, process optimization, and financial performance
  • Thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented, non-bureaucratic environments

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $120,000-$150,000 base salary
