HVAC Installation Technician

AirBear Heating and Cooling, located in Navarre, FL, is currently seeking a skilled and reliable full-time HVAC Installation Technician to join our growing team. Pay: As our HVAC Installation Technician, you'll earn competitive hourly pay ranging from $25 to $35, depending on experience.

Schedule: This full-time position follows a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, offering a great work-life balance with weekends off.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our HVAC Installation Technician!

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience with installing air conditioners
• Possess all hand tools and basic power tools

An EPA certification is preferred for this position.

DAY-TO-DAY

As our HVAC Installation Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers across Pensacola, Navarre, and Destin. Each day, you'll prepare your truck, verify inventory, and pick up equipment for your scheduled installations. You'll handle heating and cooling system installations with precision and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Additionally, you'll manage invoices, collect payments, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
