Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is a leading commercial roofing contractor serving customers throughout the region. As we continue to grow, we are hiring a dependable Technician Helper to support our roofing technicians on job sites in Allentown, PA and surrounding areas.

This is an entry-level position offering hands-on training, long-term stability, and opportunities for advancement in the commercial roofing industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and repair of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, etc.)

• Load, unload, and move roofing materials, tools, and equipment

• Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment

• Remove old roofing materials and job site debris

• Use basic hand and power tools safely

• Maintain clean and safe job sites

• Follow directions from supervisors and senior roofing technicians

• Must be willing to travel to job sites (transportation provided)

Requirements

• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials

• Reliable and able to work Monday-Friday

• Basic construction knowledge helpful but not required

• Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow all safety rules and instructions
