Summary/Objective:
The Retail Recruiter is responsible for all duties associated with recruiting and hiring for all store positions, including New Store Openings. This role requires the Recruiter to properly source and qualify candidates, perform pre screening interviews, coordinate and schedule with hiring managers, communicate with candidates and hiring managers on important dates, and complete the hiring process.
The Recruiter is responsible for tracking all matters related to attracting candidates, recruiting and hiring, and delivering results to the Recruiting Manager. The Recruiter will maintain a collaborative partnership with Field Leaders to successfully support Stanton Optical/ My Eyelab brand standards by hiring qualified talent in the right position.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing strategies to attract and source qualified diverse candidates to meet the requirements for positions from external and referral candidate pools.
Utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
Review online applications and pre-screen candidates eligible based on the qualifications and requirements of each position.
Interview candidates to confirm they are qualified for the position.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes to match our company’s culture and values
Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with the Hiring Manager.
Effectively manage assigned requisitions based on Priority Level & Tenure.
Provide Support to the candidate and Hiring Manager to ensure a great candidate experience. This includes but is not limited to:
Send confirmation emails to the candidates and/or hiring manager.
Help the candidate and Hiring Manager to connect before the interview using Google Hangouts.
Create or update profile in iCIMS including submitting the candidate to a job when applicable.
Complete cold-calling to potential candidates
Perform admin tasks such as requesting opening/closing requisitions, submit offer letters request, etc
Prepare recruitment material and post jobs to different recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Promote company’s culture and career opportunities
Any other duty assigned based on business needs

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or other related fields
1 year + working experience in Recruiting and/or Human Resources
Computer Proficiency
Experience in B2C OR B2B as well as cold call and telemarketing (preferred)
