Job Title: Bilingual Safety Specialist- Construction
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Salary: $75,000–$90,000 (based on experience)

Why This Role?
As Safety Compliance Officer, you'll be a key voice in promoting a safe, respectful, and empowered jobsite culture. You'll lead safety efforts across active construction sites and work closely with teams to create an environment where safety is second nature. Bilingual communication (English/Spanish) is essential for this role, ensuring all workers are trained, heard, and supported effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage safety programs (OSHA 1926/1910)
• Conduct site safety audits, inspections, and bilingual safety training sessions
• Investigate incidents and guide resolution through corrective action plans
• Maintain accurate safety records and ensure full compliance with regulations
• Promote a culture of care, accountability, and continuous improvement

• 1+ years of experience in construction safety- General Industry
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910 standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• OSHA 30-Hour certification or CSP preferred
