Job Description:
- Demonstrates knowledge of surgical procedures.
- Verifies items on pick lists.
- Assures all equipment, instruments, and supplies are ready for procedure.
- Retrieves and decontaminates surgical instruments and patient care equipment.
- Accountable for supplies to ensure accurate patient billing.
- Demonstrates proper use of equipment as well as cleaning and sterilizing. Compiles the supplies and instrumentation for surgical cases.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Documents:
- CBSPD required
- BLS by AHA
