Recruiter

Infinity Staffing is the leading staffing firm in our area. We have over 30 years of combined experience placing skilled individuals into a variety of specializations in the South Bay area and beyond. This experience gives Infinity Staffing valuable insight into connecting skilled people with the right company. Our Recruiters are responsible for sourcing, interviewing and selecting qualified job candidates for our clients. Responsibilities also include placing job ads in various online channels, evaluating applications and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria. To be successful in this role, you should have experience filling a variety of positions and seniority levels.

Responsibilities for Recruiter

• Recruiting quality candidates by attending/working local job fairs, passing out flyers, utilizing online employment sites, managing internal candidate lists, etc.
• Answering multi-line phone system
• Data Entry – i.e., applications, rate changes, new customer profiles, new customer orders, etc.
• Assisting in resume building and interview prepping with candidates
• Build professional relations with clients & understanding their needs.
• Client communication/follow-up, as well as attend client meetings
• Assisting with timecard calculations and payroll processing
• Additional tasks to be determined.

Qualifications for Recruiter

• Bilingual English/Spanish Required
• Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships with clients and employees.
• Leadership skills, such as the ability to motivate and provide feedback.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to adapt to change and implement new policies.
• Great work ethic, attendance & punctuality
