In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that promote our healthcare services, enhance patient trust, and drive measurable outcomes across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for healthcare services, specialty programs, and patient education initiatives.
- Manage SEO strategy to increase visibility for medical services, condition-related keywords, and local search results.
- Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads for healthcare, Meta Ads, programmatic) while ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising regulations.
- Oversee social media strategy, including patient-friendly content creation, physician highlights, awareness campaigns, and reputation management.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to produce accurate, compliant, and empathetic patient education content.
- Manage healthcare CRM tools for patient segmentation, re-engagement workflows, and appointment reminders.
- Monitor analytics and generate performance reports related to patient acquisition, engagement, and service demand.
- Ensure all marketing communication aligns with HIPAA guidelines and healthcare ethical standards.
- Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, service campaigns, and appointment funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Support website management, online patient reviews, listing optimization, and referral marketing.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare, medical, wellness, or life sciences marketing.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations regarding digital communication (HIPAA, advertising compliance).
- Experience working with Google Analytics, Search Console, healthcare PPC platforms, and marketing dashboards.
- Strong skills in SEO, content strategy, and patient-focused messaging.
- Ability to translate complex medical concepts into clear, accessible content.
- Experience with CRM platforms and patient engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Health Cloud, SimplePractice, etc.).
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Background in healthcare systems, clinics, telemedicine, or medical devices.
- Experience with reputation management platforms (Healthgrades, Zocdoc, Vitals, Google Business Profile).
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems or appointment scheduling integrations.
- Graphic design or video editing ability for patient education campaigns.
- Certifications in Google Ads for Healthcare, Meta Ads, or healthcare marketing programs.
