Position: Full-Time Hair Stylist
What You’ll Do
- Provide expert haircuts, styling, and color using both basic and advanced techniques.
- Evaluate client preferences, hair type, and face shape to recommend personalized styles.
- Perform highlights, balayage, ombré, color corrections, and specialty color services.
- Apply professional treatments and recommend appropriate products for at-home care.
- Deliver exceptional service, ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and satisfied.
Requirements
- Completion of Cosmetology School or Cosmetology Apprenticeship (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of salon experience (Preferred)
- Strong cutting, styling, and hair coloring skills
- Knowledge of current trends, products, and haircare techniques
- Passion for customer service, creativity, and continued professional growth
