- Licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW): $80,000 - $92,000 annually
- QMHP or LPC-A (pre-licensure): $68,000 - $78,200 annually

POSITION DETAILS
We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide comprehensive mental health services in an outpatient setting. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-centered environment, delivering trauma-informed care to support youth and their families.This role will integrate mental health treatment with a whole-person, recovery-oriented approach while working alongside a multidisciplinary team.
ARC is an anti-harassment and anti-racism agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for all staff and clients.
As a Mental Health Therapist you will:
· Provide individual, family, and group therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.
· Conduct clinical assessments & develop treatment plans to support client recovery and wellness.
· Ensure timely & accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA, CFR 42 Part II, and OAR standards.
· Deliver crisis intervention & risk assessments as needed, including safety planning and de-escalation support.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care with medical providers, case managers, and peer mentors.
· Advocate for clients & provide case management by connecting them with resources and community support.
· Maintain ethical & professional standards in alignment with licensing regulations, ARC policies, and clinical best practices.
Requirements:Education, Credentials and Skills should include:
· Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
· Oregon licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (preferred).
· QMHP or LPC-Associate eligible candidates encouraged to apply.
· MHACBO-registered CADC-I, II, or III preferred.
· Experience providing mental health counseling for youth, families, or individuals in recovery settings preferred.
· Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a trauma-informed approach.
· Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
· Ability to provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support.
· Knowledge of HIPAA and CFR 42 Part II confidentiality regulations.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
· Cultural competency and sensitivity in providing inclusive, client-centered care.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates encouraged to apply.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation and benefits include:
· Most ARC employees are scheduled four-days a week to support their ability to maintain a healthy work and life balance; medical and sobering positions are scheduled to work three days a week
· Starting salary $80,000 - $92,000 per year, depending on credentials, skills, and experience.
· Three (3) to six (6) weeks of Vacation accrued per year, based upon years of service
· Sick time is accrued for all employees based on regularly scheduled hours
· Ten (10) Paid Holidays each year: New Year’s, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
