What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload chemical containers and freight.
• Accurately stage and identify a variety of chemical products within our inventory.
• Follow precise blending procedures and process batch instructions to ensure quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet safety and production goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions, memos, and safety guidelines.
• Basic written communication skills.
• Strong math skills for inventory and process accuracy.
• Basic proficiency with PC applications for documentation and tracking.
• Valid forklift certification and experience in safe operation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of related experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or chemical environment.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Fast-paced, energetic setting with continuous movement and noise.
• Regular lifting of up to 20 lbs., with frequent handling of up to 50 lbs.
