Job Details
- Shift: 2nd (Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
- Pay: $20–$23 per hour
- Type: Temp-to-hire
- Flexibility to work on multiple machines and grow your skills is key!
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate high-speed production machinery
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure consistent product quality
- Perform machine changeovers and fine-tune settings for speed, pressure, and material flow
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Previous experience with printing or high-speed machines is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate!
- Basic computer skills and ability to measure accurately to 1/16 of an inch
- Strong mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
- Technical know-how and willingness to learn new equipment
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with inks and PMS/GCMU colors is a bonus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow company safety standards
